    On a daily basis, HR is faced with a variety of organizational challenges including recruitment, retention and retirement. In this presentation, we will be discussing new concepts in the world of employee benefits, ways in which these programs can help guide employers through times of uncertainty, and how benefit programs can be tailored to meet the needs of the diverse, multi-generational workforce of today.

    Several topics will be covered in depth, including the personalization of benefit programs, financial wellness and mental health in the workplace. We will discuss how each of these topics contributes to the overall wellbeing of an employee.

    We will also discuss strategy for your upcoming in the virtual landscape of today and highlight how Human Resources professionals and benefit consultants can best work together to improve benefit offerings.

      Participants will be able to:

      • Identify and describe new concepts in employee benefits that can especially help in times of uncertainty
      • Conduct an analysis of the benefit program at their own organization
      • Assess programs that contribute to employee wellbeing, including financial wellness and mental health
      • Review open enrollment processes for areas that can be improved, especially in today’s virtual landscape

      About the Speaker:

      Aldin Tirak, an Associate Advisor at Wilson Albers, has spent the last eight years working in Account Management on both the carrier and broker side. He brings experience working with clients from a variety of industries, size, and different funding arrangements, including fully insured and self-funded employers.

      Through his work he hopes to change the lens in which organizations view their benefits, by offering strategic and innovative solutions. He specializes in benefit administration technology and believes it can greatly improve the relationship between employees, and their benefits, bridging many of the gaps we see in today’s healthcare landscape.

      He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, from Trinity Lutheran College, and a Benefits Technology Certification from the National Association of Health Underwriters.
