     Program Overview:  This program offering is titled

    "Staying Ahead of Change: Strategic Planning Tools and Tactics"

    In a national survey by Human Resource Executive, 58% of respondents said that healthcare reform would have an extreme or significant impact on their organization, and 44% said that the majority of their time currently was taken up with benefits issues. The complexity of market changes and the growing cost pressures make proactive planning in benefits essential. In this session, we will break down the steps in a strategic planning approach employers should follow, including setting objectives, building an action plan, conducting all necessary analysis, and communicating the recommended course of action to executives and employees. 

    About the Speaker: 

    Kevin Cipoletti is Area Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Gallagher Benefit Services of Washington, an employee benefits consulting practice serving more than 600 employers. Kevin is an expert in employee wellness, benefits technology, employee benefits, and is an astute observer of health benefit trends and issues.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado.  His speaking experience includes the NHRMA conference and Best Employers in WA panel.

    Information on Registration:

    Please be sure to register on or before the close of business on Monday, May 14th (4:00pm) to be eligible for the early bird discount ($5.00) and to assist us in ensuring that we have an adequate number of hand-outs as well as enough space and food for all our guests. On-line registration will close on Monday, May 14th at 4:00 PM. 

    Late registrations must register at the meeting and pay the late fee at the door.  As a reminder, if you need to cancel, please cancel your registration via email no later than 4:00 on Monday, May 14th to avoid excess charges for no-shows.
