Hiring Diverse Talent & OFCCP Compliance Workshop
Seattle-King County WorkSource has joined forces with the US Department of Labor, Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, and Washington State Employment Security's YesVets program to provide a free workshop for area HR professionals, hiring managers, federal contractors, and business owners. The workshop will provide guidance and answer questions in the following areas:
- Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and VETS 4212 (VEVRRA)
- Navigating workplace disability etiquette, ADA, and reasonable accomodation
- Protected rights in the workplace
- Hiring and reporting guidance
