DEI Learning Pod Pilot Session #1: Generations in the Workplace
The SPS SHRM Chapter has created a pilot project to establish diversity, equity, and inclusion learning pods for interested chapter members and guests. To this end, we are offering one learning sessions each, in May, June, and July 2025. Each session will be held via Zoom and will last for one hour. You are welcome to join any number of sessions. Each will be on a different topic.
The first session takes place Tuesday May 6, 3:00pm-4:00pm and will address generations in the workplace. The session style will be interactive, with frequent prompts to encourage verbal and chat participation. It is open to SPS SHRM members and non-members.
Once our pilot project is completed, we will be establishing dedicated diversity, equity and inclusion learning pods (6-8 members per pod). The pods will meet monthly, September through December 2025, at a time and on topics decided by the group.
