This 90-minute session will equip leaders and HR professionals with a practical, step-by-step approach to conducting an internal cultural audit that goes beyond surface-level engagement surveys. Participants will learn how to assess the lived experience of employees by examining values, behaviors, systems, and informal norms that shape day-to-day work. This workshop emphasizes how to approach collecting data-informed insights and inclusive practices to help organizations identify cultural strengths, uncover misalignments, and prioritize meaningful action that supports a healthy, high-performing workplace.
