Distinguishing what an organization truly needs to bring to the executive table beyond basic HR competence is the key to being asked to sit at the executive table. This session will outline the necessary focus of activities, based on recent research, and identify the steps to making the changes required.
About the Speaker:
Mike is a former HR Professional. He has 25 + years’ experience working in a wide range of industries and working environments as a designer, facilitator, coach and project team lead on major cultural change initiatives. His experience includes initiatives in petroleum refining, telecommunications, financial services, healthcare and insurance systems.
Mike’s expertise includes:
