About the Speaker:
In 2002 Carol Bowser founded Conflict Management Strategies, a company emphasiszing training, mediation, and consulting on conflict resolution in schools and workplace. Organizations hire Conflict Management Strategies Inc. to increase productivity by easing workplace conflict and tension, to train employees in conflict resolution skills, to evaluate internal conflict resolution processes, to facilitate tangible change within the working environment, and to coach key employees to higher levels of performance.
Information on Registration:
Please be sure to register on or before the close of business on Monday, February 16th (4:00pm) to be eligible for the early bird discount ($5.00) and to assist us in ensuring that we have an adequate number of hand-outs as well as enough space and food for all our guests. On-line registration will close on Monday, February 16th at 4:00 PM.
Late registrations must register at the meeting and pay the late fee at the door. As a reminder, if you need to cancel, please cancel your registration via email no later than 4:00 PM Monday, February 16th to avoid excess charges for no-shows.
