    Dear SHRM Members and Guests:

Please join us for an exciting presentation with
Morgan Donnelly from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
Program Overview:  This program offering is titled
"One Size Does Not Fit All - Generations in the Workplace"

Today’s workforce is the most generationally diverse in history, presenting unique challenges for businesses crafting a total rewards strategy. Benefits traditionally valued by Baby Boomers may not have the same appeal for Gen X and Millennials, forcing employers to adapt to changing times. In this presentation, we will share case studies of how organizations have addressed these issues and options employers may consider to better appeal to a multi-generational workforce.

    Special Note:

Following our regular program we will have with us Nancy Kasmar from the Washington State Council of SHRM.  Nancy will be with us to discuss the SHRM Certifications.  There will be a short break after the main program for those to exit who need to leave.  We will then reconvene for Nancy's presentation, which is expected to last 45-minutes.
