Program Overview:  This program offering is titled
"Workplace Violence Rduction Awareness, Prediction & Prevention"

Workplace violence is nearly 100% preventable through awareness; however, one act of violence may wipe out confidence and effectiveness. This session presents tangible solutions in predicting and reducing the risk of workplace violence by arming employees with knowledge. The session conceptualizes the needed mindset, universal ingredients of violence, and captures the clues and pre-attack warnings most frequently missed. This session will share the attitude found in a culture of safety by highlighting the powerful tools of prediction, communication, and prevention.

    1. The bias-free and specific cues of violence,
    2. Moving beyond policy to create a Culture of Safety, and
    3. Fun exercises that enhance predictability and the importance of Workplace Violence Reduction.
