    Dear SHRM Members and Guests:

Please join us for an exciting presentation with
Deneen Grant of Progressive Leadership Group
Program Overview:  This program offering is titled
"The Business Case for Employee Engagement"

We all understand the struggle.  You want leadership support for employee engagement.  You know it’s good for recruiting and retention, but it’s also good for the bottom line.  During this talk you will be given the information and tools to build a business case that demonstrates the financial impact of engagement.  You’ll learn how engaged employees create competitive advantage, and will see practical examples of how engagement drives corporate results.

This is your opportunity to gain ownership and buy-in from senior leadership, so engagement becomes a business goal and not just another HR initiative.

Come to this interactive presentation and learn:

    • How engaged teams create a competitive advantage
    • Why every CEO should care
    • Engagement and the bottom line
    • The state of engagement
    • The critical elements of engagement
    • How HR influences engagement
    • How HR builds the business case
