Kim Cannon

Program Overview: This program offering is titled
"Kickstart Diversity & inclusion at Your Company "
Summary
Research tells us the most successful organizations beat the competition through dynamic, deliberate attention to building inclusive workplaces where diversity in background, experience and work style are sought and celebrated. Yet getting the Diversity and Inclusion conversation started in many organization can be a challenge.
Whether it is advancing opportunities and visibility for women or racial minorities, or creating an environment where everyone can feel appreciated and valued in the workplace, creating a D&I culture can seem overwhelming. Where do you start?
Developed through the lens of a former CHRO who’s lead D&I teams and programs in large and small organizations, this session will help ease your anxiety by providing a practical, common sense approach to help you 1.) get the conversation started, 2.) begin to develop a strategy and 3.) leverage small wins to create meaningful impact.
