    The ongoing global news coverage of Coronavirus (COVID-19), paired with speculation that it could become a more serious illness, can be anxiety producing. HR professionals are in the middle of a complicated scenario as they sort through the myriad new employee challenges, business issues, safety and health concerns, brand new laws and rules, and more.

    This webinar will review steps you as an HR professional can take during these uncertain times to take care of yourself, plus information and resources you might provide to your entire organization to support the mental health and wellness of all employees.

      About the Speaker:

      Caitlin Plato, MA, CADC I

      Caitlin is originally from Portland, OR. She earned her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a certificate in trauma & recovery from Arcadia University in Philadelphia, PA. She is also
      a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor I. Caitlin has been working in the mental health and addictions field since 2010, and at Cascade Centers since 2014. As the training lead, she provides organizational consultation, and develops and facilitates trainings on a broad range of topics. She specializes in equity & inclusion, interpersonal effectiveness, trauma, and emotion management.
